Yes, the Trijicon RMR/SRO Adapter Plate for the P320 X-Carry (MPN:AC32088) will be compatible with your Full Size P320. The only reason another plate exists for the M17 is due to the LCI on the M17.

Will this plate allow me to mount an rmr to a Sig pro cut slide? Expert Answer

There are certain Sig Pro Cut Slides that allow for the RMR to be mounted to them using only a sealing plate. The Trijicon RMR/SRO Adapter Plate will work for mounting the RMR to the listed P320 models on the product page.
