Wrong screws
The screws provided to attach the mount to the slide are way too long, you could tell just by looking, but i decided to gently try just to be sure. Not only are they too long, but the threads don't match up. For the price i would hope there would be more quality control
Serious Issues
As other users have described the hardware provided requires significant modification.
I like the Mount, but needed to cut down both sets of screws for a proper fit. Also the counter sink for the attachment screws to the slide were protruding and required the heads of the screws to be filed down.
Mount is great. Hardware provided sucks.

Wring screws. May have ruined my slide
Quite disappointed with this expensive piece of metal. I have an xcarry and needed to mount a Holosun to it. This piece of sheet metal ships with the wrong screws, they are longer and of the wrong pitch. They stripped my slide and now I am contemplating a $350 slide replacement because of this bad product. Yes, I did ask a gunsmith to assemble it. Even the gunsmith couldn’t get it done..
This product is garbage, poorly designed, not fit for the purpose , quite literally. Save yourself the aggravation and just buy a Romeo red dot pro, if you have an xcarry.
