The Troy BattleRail AK47 Bottom Handguard should be compatible with a Kusa 103 as it is compatible with stamped receiver AK/AKM pattern rifles like the 103. However, minor fitting may be required.

These AK Parts feature a reinforced polymer bottom rail and are much more durable than AK handguards made of plastic and wood. Troy Battle AK-47 Handguards feature M-LOK rails at the bottom that can accommodate a Rifle Scope and front sight as well as AK multitools, providing a complete rail system for your arsenal. Multiple mounting options allow you to mount multiple lights, laser sights and other accessories. Cooling holes in the Troy AK47 Handguard SRAIAKMSBBT00 allow the rail to run cool, even after extended firing, and the rail is machined from hardened aircraft aluminum with stainless steel components and finished in MIL-SPEC hardcoat anodizing.
