The Troy BattleRail AK47 Bottom Short M-LOK will most likely not work with a Saiga-308.

Will it fit a KUSA 103

The Troy BattleRail AK47 Bottom Handguard should be compatible with a Kusa 103 as it is compatible with stamped receiver AK/AKM pattern rifles like the 103. However, minor fitting may be required.

Yes. The Troy BattleRail AK47 Bottom Short M-LOK Handguard is designed to fit stamped receiver AK/AKM pattern rifles such as the Century Arms VSKA. Minor fitting may be required.

No, this is only the bottom rail and does not include the gas tube.

Will this fit a Palmetto State Armory GF3 AK?

This should fit as it is made for stamped receivers. As with most AK parts, it may not fit all AK variants and others may need some minor modification to fit properly.
