Hi, does it come with a tall post? The tall post is supposed to be 0.04 inch taller than the original A2 post. Expert Answer

The Troy M4 Front Fixed Battle Sight mounts to picatinny rail that is on the same plane as the rear sight. If your gas block as a picatinny rail on top the Troy M4 Front Fixed Battle Sight can be mounted to it as long as it is not high or lower that the rest of the handguard. It will provide a true Co-witness of 1.44" centerline height.
