The Truglo Xr 24 25x17mm Red Dot Sight uses a top loaded battery tray. Remove the battery tray and install the battery, this can be done easily without removing the optic from its mounting position.
The Truglo Xr 24 25x17mm Red Dot Sight W/rmr Mounting System would not be directly compatible with a Glock 43X. If you do not have an optic ready (MOS) Glock 43X, you need to use adapter plates that replace your rear sight with a plate that sits over your slide.
