The Truglo Xr 24 25x17mm Red Dot Sight W/rmr Mounting System would not be directly compatible with a Glock 43X. If you do not have an optic ready (MOS) Glock 43X, you need to use adapter plates that replace your rear sight with a plate that sits over your slide. To fit this particular optic, you would need to purchase and install the Evolution Gun Works Trijicon RMR Sight Mount (found linked below) and use the provided screws with the optic to secure it to the plate. https://www.opticsplanet.com/evolution-gun-works-trijicon-rmr-sight-mount-1-780-in-aluminum.html
