It only weighs 28g, so right about 1oz, and saving weight at the muzzle is one of the most effective ways of improving handling. Be aware that titanium muzzle devices produce slightly more flash and this A2 isn't a flash hider.

Product Info for V Seven Titanium A2 Style Compensator 5.56

V Seven's titanium A2 style Compensator provides excellent sound and gas reduction. The larger size and slot in diameter reduces felt recoil significantly, making it one of the best values around. The design is such that it requires very little force to install, making it a great choice for those with smaller hands. This is also one of the few A2 compensators that will fit on a "factory-drilled" barrel, requiring no alterations to the gun. This model features 1/2x28 threads and wrench flats that are ideal for strong but light weight.image
