Kaw Valley Precision Linear Compsensators are part of a small family of compensators aimed at taming muzzle concussion. The KVP Hybrid-K linear comp, collects and redirects muzzle gases away from the shooter. This redirection helps reduce the perceived decibels the shooter experiences at his or her ear. By pushing excessive noise and concussion downrange, not only will the shooter experience a much softer shooting experience, bystanders will also benefit from the redirection of the muzzle gasses.

Optics Planet and Kaw Valley Precision have joined forces to design and manufacture an Optics Planet Exclusive compensator. We are both proud to bring to market the Hybrid K Linear Compensator. The Hybrid K Linear Comp is a combination linear compensator and ported brake. The Hybrid K sports (4) compact vertical ports to tame muzzle rise, as well as forward facing ports to direct sound concussion away from the shooter. Designed with a large internal volume, the Hybrid Comp allows for efficient sound redirection, while the top ports direct blast vertically combating muzzle flip. The comps are Blake Nitride finished for exceptional wear properties.

Note: Please install Hybrid K’s with a crush washer or other timing device. Locate the vertical ports in an eleven/one o’clock orientation for best results.
