The capped zeroing windage and elevation knobs provide 2/10 MIL adjustments per click. Housed in a rugged, 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum body that is Type III hard anodized, the SR-8C will consistently hold zero when exposed to everyday use in the harshest field conditions. The 8C reticle is simple yet effective MIL scale reticle. The MIL hash marks on the horizontal and vertical axes are 1 MIL apart. The larger hash marks measure 2 MIL in height/width and smaller hash marks measure 1 MIL in height/width. The hash marks represent a total of 10 MILs of adjustment below the horizontal axis; 10 MILs of adjustment above the horizontal axis and 10 MILs of adjustment to the left and right of the vertical axis.
