Vanquest Gear KATARA VSlinger Ambidextrous Slingpack

The slim and sturdy KATARA VSlinger is truly designed for comfortable ambidextrous carry, and it will always ride straight on your back! Ideally-sized to carry your everyday essentials, this CCW- and hydration-compatible slingpack offers urban minimalist design with superb ergonomics and organization.

KATARA features a fully padded / symmetrical compartment that can filet-open, and a user-adjustable shoulder strap that delivers optimal ergonomics unlike any other ambidextrous slingpacks that always points to one side of your body and hurts your shoulder.

Despite its slim footprint, KATARA surprisingly delivers 12 liters of space with excellent organization via its 11 pockets and slots. 1,000-D Cordura treated with DuPont Teflon, coupled with reversed genuine YKK locking zippers to provide a strong defense against dirt, dust, water and wear.

Main compartment (15" x 8" x 4") provides CCW, hydration, and laptop/tablet carry options. The posterior sleeve is padded, and lined with loop for modular attachments. The open-sided sleeve can also hold a laptop/tablet (up to 11), or a 2-liter water bladder. The opposite side of the main compartment features 2 large horizontal pockets that can be accessed from either left or right on a horizontal orientation.

Exterior front pocket has parallel zippers with north to south opening. Inside is a large horizontal pocket that can be accessed from both left and right. Both the main and front compartments have symmetrical openings that can open flat with no limitations.

The shoulder strap is well-padded and removable. It is secured through a 14 double-sided heavy-duty hook-n-loop strap system, and a top anchor: you can zip open the padded mesh back panel to adjust the straps position for right- or left-carry. The shoulder strap is further anchored to the top with a removable Duraflex Silk Clip. Stabilizer strap keeps the load from swaying, and can be setup for ambidextrous carry.

MOLLE attachment points, two loop fields, and a shock cord cage are selectively placed on the outside of the KATARA to give users more carry options. Zipper travel limiting snaps from our popular JAVELIN 2.0 and TRIDENT-20 are placed on both sides of the KATARA, giving you secure means of operation.
