What are the thickness of the gongs? Are they AR500 steel?

While I don’t know the thickness of the plates but yes they are AR500. I’ve shot 22LR - 308 at it and have withstand everything I’ve shot at it.

Not sure what the total contents of this package is? Do you get a 6 and 10" gong, chains, hardware, and legs? Of course 2x4 not included.

You get the plates, chains and legs. No 2x4.
