Do we need an adapter plate for this optic with a pdp 2.0 frame?

I incorrectly stated previously that no adapter plate is needed. It DOES mount to the side with an adapter plate but everything is included with the optic. You don’t have to buy any plates. It DOES cowitness with the factory sights.
