The Vixen A70Lf Achromatic Refractor 70mm (2.8 inch) OTA Telescope with Finderscope 2602 is a great introductory Telescopes with all glass optics. The A70Lf Refractor Telescope by Vixen features excellent views of the moon and planets. The Vixen A-70Lf Telescope 2602 is an Achromatic Refractor with a 70mm (2.8") aperture. This Vixen Telescope has a focal length of 900mm (3 ft.) with an f ratio of 12.9. The Vixen A 70 Lf Achromatic Reflector Telescope 's light gathering is 100 times better than the human eye and has a maximum (realistic) power of 143X.image

Note: The Vixen A 70Lf Achromatic Refractor OTA Optical Tube Assembly 2602 does not come with a Telescope Mount or Tripod.

The Vixen A70-Lf OTA (Optical Tube Assembly) comes complete with:

  • A smaller 6x24mm finder telescope that attaches to the main scope to help you center the object.
  • A 20mm eyepiece for general viewing.
  • A 6.3mm eyepiece for those really clear nights for high power viewing.
  • A diagonal prism that connects the eyepiece to the telescope.
  • A Dew / Sun shield.
  • A Complete tube rings and dovetail plate to quickly attach the A70 Lf to one of the optional Vixen Mounts.
  • Tube Diameter Length and Weight: 76mm x 865mm (3 x 34 in); 1.9 kg (4 lbs)
