Protect what's most valuable when you upgrade your firearm with a Volquartsen Firearms Competition Bolt for MK IV. Each of these Pistol Slides & Slide Parts developed by Volquartsen Firearms are case hardened to max case hardness and treated with a premium finish for increased lubricity, wear resistance and low coefficient of friction that will guide your shots down range while enhancing your bolt's lubricity. With an Extended Bolt Racker machined into the Volquartsen Firearms MKII, MKIII or MK IV Competition Bolt, you can easily manual cycle the bolt when shooting with your Ruger MK IV pistol. However, these parts still need lubrication from time to time, and your Volquartsen Firearms MK IV Competition Bolt does come with the SureStrike Firing Pin and Exact Edge Extractor that comes installed on the bolt. Before you can call yourself a true competitor, you need to install a Volquartsen Firearms MKII, MKIII or MK IV Competition Bolt on your firing device.
