Does these two shoot a green beam like a flashlight down range for all to see. If so I already have one of those damd things. Manufacturer Answer

No, these are digital night vision binoculars - They "shoot" an 850nm infrared light out. This will only be visible when looking through the device, others around will not be able to see the infrared light.
