Product Info for XTS Shark Muzzle Brake

The XTS "Shark" style muzzle brake redirects muzzle blast and sound forward away from the shooter. The "Shark" style muzzle brake acts as a baffle or "throat protector" allowing the shooter to redirect muzzle blast and sound forward away from themselves and their fellow shooters. Best used with a "free-float" system where the shooter can manipulate the orientation of the muzzle in relation to the target to his or her own personal comfort. The "Shark" style muzzle brake effectively uses two dual set screws to lock the "Shark" muzzle brake to the barrel and shoulder of the gas block allowing the shooter to manipulate the muzzle in order to redirect sound forward away from themselves and their fellow shooters. The "Shark" is manufactured from solid aluminum and does not require the use of a gas block or "tunnel" system to install.image
