It will not fit MOS models with the flared magwell.

Two questions. Will this cover the cutout at the bottom of the front strap on the Gen 5 Glock 19? And is this legal for USPSA Carry Optics division? Featured Answer

To elaborate more on my answer, it does cover the front notch but doesn’t fill it in. It does however fill in the rear notch.
