The mag-well works good with the G19 Gen5. Gets rid of the front cut out preventing the "finger pinch". However, it will not work with the grip extensions. If you wish to use the extension(s) with this product you will need to Dremel out the lower protruding polymer "extension locks" at the bottom of the extension. The screw that comes with the mag-well will then hold it in place.
