I recommend checking the NRA rules regarding certain Rifle Competitions and legal equipment to use. From what information I could find the Sightron SIII SS 10-50x60 Side Focus Long Range Rifle Scope could be used for F Class .22 Caliber Benchrest Competitions. However, I am unaware of what the most popular scope for that type of competition is.

Took the advice from the f class shooters at our club and bought the 10x50 sightron scope. Optics are very clear. Scope stays dead center on target. Adjustments are very solid. It would be nice to have Ken's caps instead of the bra.
Love this scope, been usinf it for a year now for long range shooting and hunting. Make 600m shots look like 200m. Dialing to the right clicks is easy and fast for each distance. Illuminated crosshair isn't bad, would have liked it if the whole cross...

The SIII 10-50x60 LR Target Dot provides the shooter with Long Range performance for target and field applications. With a total travel of 50 MOA the shooter has enough travel for targets well beyond 1000 yards.  Sightron's patented ExacTrack technology provides precise windage and elevation adjustments while maintaining a positive point of contact with the erector tube. From zero to the most extreme adjustments, you will never experience drift again.
 The 30mm one-piece tube design features Sightron's Zact-7 Revcoat® multi-coated optical grade glass lenses which are precisely aligned to ensure maximum light transmission, color accuracy, and clarity. The large Target knobs provide tactile and audible clicks with 1/8 MOA adjustments.Â
The knobs are resettable to zero and are designed for extreme weather conditions. Parallax adjustment is controlled via the side focus knob and will focus from 13Â yards to infinity.Â
The SIIISS1050x60LRTD features the Target Dot .1 second focal plane reticle.
