What barrel length can it be installed on? 7.5 or 10.5 Expert Answer

This kit will work on any AR barrel that uses a pistol length gas block. So it can work on both a 10.5" barrel and 7.5" barrel if both use a pistol length gas system.

Would you recommend any specific hand guards with this system? Also, is it safe to have the carrier modified to work with a left side charging upper? Expert Answer

Unfortunately you cannot modify a bolt to work with a left hand charging or ejection system and we highly recommend against it. Any modifications would render the bolt carrier group potentially dangerous. Most side charging upper receivers require their own very specific side charging bolt carrier group. You need to verify what bolt carrier group functions specifically with the upper receiver you have.

This is my second AA piston system I've upgraded to. To me, not have to clean out the chamber, bolt carrier and bolt are a win for me. You still want to run with lubricant, but these systems run extremely well and very clean. I highly recommend them ...
