Yes. The Amend2 S300 Hybrid Grip Module is compatible with P320 compact and full-size slides. Subcompact slides will require the use of a compensator to fit flush.

This module is good quality. It is extremely short and my bottom two fingers hang off. It is meant for concealment not for a fabulous grip space however and it is very good at that. It shipped crazy fast. I am happy with it.
The Xcompact slide is the same length as the previously available sub compact slide so no this will not work without trimming the grip module or using a comp. The Q&A above says it works with Xcompact but not subcompact but there is no difference bet...

When the trigger disconnect is pushed down the trigger bar is rubbing on a ledge inside the grip and will even get stuck down. And it's a squeeze to get the fcu in this grip.
