Is this grip module meant to exclusively use P365 magazines? Or, can this module use both P365 and P320 magazines??

It is only able to be used with P365 magazines.

Will this module work with the P320 xcompact slide?

Yes. The Amend2 S300 Hybrid Grip Module is compatible with P320 compact and full-size slides. Subcompact slides will require the use of a compensator to fit flush.

The Amend2 S300 Hybrid Grip Module is compatible with Sig Sauer P365 style 10, 12, and 15-round mags.

No, the P320 and P365 series have serialized fire control units (FCU). These allow the modular swapping of compatible slides and grip modules. This A2 grip module joins the P365 slimmer mag profile to a P320 FCU and slide.
