Yes. The Amend2 S300 Hybrid Grip Module is compatible with P320 compact and full-size slides. Subcompact slides will require the use of a compensator to fit flush.

The x compact using a 3.6" barrel falls into the same category as the subcompact. It will work, however the grip will stick out past the end. The old style "compact" and carry both used 3.9" barrel slides made to work with this grip. Best way to tell what is designed for the x compact is counting the rail system, 3 slot works for it as a flush fit, 4 slot is for the x carry and larger.
