The ADM mount with the tactical lever upgrade is easily the best throw lever I've used on any mount, period. Locks up solid and returns to zero from my own experience. Comes in a cardboard box but has all the installation material necessary.

Product Info for American Defense Manufacturing Leupold Deltapoint Pro Red Dot Sight Mounts
The AD-TR Mount was designed to mount the Leupold Deltapoint and Deltapoint Pro to a Picatinny rail. Also fits the Eotech EFLX, Vortex Defender-CCW and ST, Trijicon MS04, and JPoint red dots. It is precision machined from 6061 T6 aluminum and finished in hard coat T3 Mil-Spec anodize. It features the Patented QD Auto Lock Lever system to accommodate both in spec and out of spec rail systems.
