This is the fourth pistol optic I've tried in the past two years, and then one I think is best suited to shooting sports. It has a huge field of view, and the tint isn't as bad as my rmr. There's also no second floating window like the dpp either.
Aimpoint has really made a great msgnifier at a great price point. I am currently using this with an eotech exps 3.0 and there is no issues with glass clarity, focus, or durability. There are pricier options with certain minor features that I don't think are worth the upgrade from this one.
Surefire never fails to deliver, and their df is the best they have. It is noticeably brighter than the previous m600 and can take the much more useful 18650's everyone is turning to. I definitely recommens looking intk the advantages of certain batteries over others, as it will impact performance.
Tried them all, well at least as many as I could. But the AXTS (now known as radian) raptor is by far the simples to use and has the best form factor. Does everything you expect a charging handle to do, but as an ambi option is unbelievably comfortable, with no parts sticking out and pinching like a few others.
The utg front sight locks in the upward position. Perfect for a front buis. I wouldn't use it if the gun was dedicated irons however, as the locking mechanism doesn't feel as solid as some other offerings. However, its really hard to beat this price and it certainly does its job.
Before this, I didn't know there were any tactical style lights that offered both IR and LED besides surefire vampires and a random assortment of questionable IR filters. This light is definitely much brighter than its competition, has an easy to source and convenient batter, and is feels super solid.
The ADM mount with the tactical lever upgrade is easily the best throw lever I've used on any mount, period. Locks up solid and returns to zero from my own experience. Comes in a cardboard box but has all the installation material necessary.
Almost as quick as dedicated quick detach mounts, absolutely solid lockup, and the venerated geissele name to boot. Also fits T1 style optics with similar mounting systems. I have no doubt that this mount will last longer than the optic to you will mount on it.
