The Aimpoint Pro uses a 30mm tube so you should be able to use a single scope ring. However, the max height of the highest ring is only 1"which may leave the optic centerline too low for some weapon platforms.
Because of the 56mm objective lens, 1.35" Burris Xtreme Tactical Single 30mm Rifle Scope Rings would be needed to allow for clearance on most bolt guns. If you are installing the scope on an AR platform rifle, you will want to use the highest rings (1.6").

These rings are well made and always lap in well. I have used in multiple rifles and have never stripped threads when following torque specs using my wheeler torque driver.
