Will this work on the AR-10 platform as well?

The VISM Ar15 Lower Receiver Vice Block is designed for Mil-spec AR15 lower receivers. AR10/DPMS pattern rifles can be compatible if they are built closer to AR15 mil-spec standards, but since the AR10 platform is not standardized we cannot guarantee fitment.

Yes, the VISM Ar15 Lower Receiver Vice Block will be compatible with any Mil-spec AR15 lower receiver.
