Most Helpful Positive Review Tactical Riggers Belt
Like this belt. It is stiff but flexible enough to get in your belt loops. I like how the male end is smaller which makes it easier to put in and off the pants. The only negative is the price. It is a quality belt.
Most Helpful Negative Review MAVERICK ASSAULTERS BELT
I got this belt yesterday, so far I'm very impressed. The build quality is outstanding. The belt is very stiff and rigid. Perfect for carrying a firearm or using with a battle belt. The cobra buckle is smooth and makes a lovable click sound. It makes me feel like batman clipping on his utility belt ...

EXCELLENT BELT!

by Jamal, Verified Owner from SC, United States Written on September 3, 2020
My advice is to buy the LARGER SIZE for this belt.
For sizing, I typically wear a 34" waist, so I ordered a MEDIUM. I have 1.5"- 2" of slack before this belt will be too small.
So if you wear a 34" waist, and want a little bit of room to grow, buy the LARGE SIZE.
The spare part of the belt, folds back over on the left side with a heavy duty velcro-like material.

The CLIP IS EXCELLENT. Very fast to secure and/or disconnect. Seems to be a secure connection.
There's a small loop of material on the right side, not sure if this is for hanging/storage of belts, or if I could connect a carabiner for rescue work!

Very light, my 2" gun belt weighs at least 3 lbs. this is LIGHT.

Definitely buying one of each color!

Best Cobra Buckle Arrangement on any riggers belt

by Tarxan, from KY, United States Written on June 7, 2017
The deciding factor for me with this belt was the Cobra buckle arrangement. This particular design allows for you to pass the small male buckle end through standard belt loops without the need of removing one of the buckles to install it (as other Quick Connect buckle equipped rigger belts do).
Pros:
  • Contoured webbing lends to a comfortable fit
  • Rugged soft loop tie-in point
Cons:
  • Because of the contoured webbing design it cannot be reversed for left or right hand users
  • Overpriced for a belt
Best Used for:
  • Holding up the pants of the warrior, worker, or anyone else who just wants a badass belt!

5.11 Tactical Riggers Belt

by Peter DLASK, Verified Owner from FL, United States Written on January 3, 2017
Works perfectly for every day carry/edc and on the range. Belt is lightweight but sturdy enough to bear loads like holsters and mag pouches. The belt buckle is perfectly engineered, easy to operate and holds strong and heavy loads.

5.11 Maverick Assaulters Belt

by craig, from AR, United States Written on April 7, 2016
This is a good stiff belt. The buckle system is fantastic. Integrates perfectly with my 5.11 VTAC Brokos belt. I wear 31 waist pants and the medium size is just right. Love the sandstone color. I could do without
the front web loop but it is not bothersome to me as I don't thread the belt through pants.

Top Shelf Piece of Equipment

by RidgeRunner, Verified Owner from OH, United States Written on March 7, 2016
I have been using tactical equipment for most of 40 years. Back in the day before they started calling it that, we mostly made our own from stuff that the Marine Corps issued us (or we swiped) and modified it to our needs and uses. In search of decent belts, I've used everything from old pack straps to braided paracord. A few years back, I bought an Uncle Mike's nylon gunbelt/LE gearbelt. I loved the stiffness, but the plastic buckles kept breaking. I took a parachute harness and the belt to a cobbler and explained what I wanted and he removed the buckle from harness and used a piece of the harness to make the loop so I could use it with a swiss seat and D-ring carabiner. Not exactly like this belt, but close.

About a year ago, a member of my team bought one of these style belts from VooDoo and I was impressed with it, but still satisfied with my homemade job. 2 months ago, my grab and go gear bag was stolen with my prize belt in it. Since then, I've tried 3 different riggers belts and didn't even like them well enough to keep them a week. This belt is most definitely a keeper. It fit and felt well from the first time I put it on. It works well all my equipment and I can get the loop to line up perfectly with my swiss seat.

I highly recommend this belt if you are a serious operator and bet your life on your gear. This is NOT the belt to buy if you are just looking for "cool" looking junk to impress someone with. It's stiff, it's hard to thread into trousers and looks silly ...

Pros:
  • It does everything it was designed and built to do.
Cons:
  • I'm not sure this would be considered a "con" by most, but trying to get used to threading into my trousers starting from right instead of like any other men's belt is taking some getting used to.

Best belt I've used, but pricey!

by Mike, from MA, United States Written on February 17, 2016
Great quality belt and makes it through belt loops easier than any other tactical belt I've tried. Sizing is a little off. I'm a 34 waste, but had to buy the large 36-38" belt. Belt is rigid and holds everything in place as I would expect. The cobra buckle is the best in the industry. Fast shipping and good customer service are a bonus to this great product!
Pros:
  • great quality
  • fits through belt loops easier
Cons:
  • Pricey
  • sizing is off
