The rail works well and as advertised. I purchased this because my Zeus Pro needed to be set back further, for proper eye relief, than my integrated rail would allow (and still use both QD mounts that came with the Zeus). So, I believe that I am actually using this rail adapter in reverse of its intended use; however, it works well in this capacity. The additional height was actually good for the ergonomics of this particular rig. I really like the ability to move around the clamps. The color matches well. The downsides: There's good big of flex where the rail cantilevers (doesn't contact the host rail). The flex is visible and it is quite easy to do. This is the nature of the material and because the rail doesn't have any ribbing or support buttresses under the cantilever, it is allowed to flex. I'm thinking that it would only be an issue if the rail were to flex and not return (so, don't drop your rifle with this rail). I could say additional weight is an issue, but this rig isn't meant to be wielded off-handed (and the Zeus Pro 100mm isn't the lightest optic either). What I will say, and it pertains more for the Zeus Pro perhaps, is that after installing the rail and throwing on the Zeus, zeroing at 50 yards is impossible as the amount of adjustment bottomed out 2MOA short (oddly enough this translated to 1MOA high at 100 yards). The difference in parallax between the integrated rail and the rail adapter is striking. The adjustment went from -12 to -26 at 100...
