Rail will move forward
If you look at the picture it shows the retaining plate that is sandwiched by the two bolts. Maybe if those holes weren't egg shape the handguard wouldn't move forward. I mounted a scope on my pistol and this handguard moved forward and the scope will not hold zero. I torqued it to spec and used ...

MI T-Series Handguard
I can always rely on Midwest Industries to make a high quality handguard. The 10" T-Series is no different. Fit and finish are great. Easy install and is lighter than I thought it would be as I never used a T-Series type handguard before. Looks great on my 11.5" upper and the BCM handstop creates a great c-clamp. I highly recommend this handguard and would definitely buy again.

Fantastic Rail
Fantastic rail. I was deciding between this and a bcm QRF 10. I’ve owned this rail for about 2 years now and its held up great. Feels light weight, and mounts everything solid to your rifle. Works perfect on my 12.5” barrel

If you like qaud rails, these are great. Solid, well made, very good fit and finish..........it's midwest. If you know you know, they make great stuff. Made by actual shooters, these guys have the best warranty too. I've only had to use it once- on a set of sights and it was NO QUESTIONS ASKED sent in the mail that day. No sending stuff in, arguing at ect.....the response was " Oh no.....what happened? That's not good Sir whats your address? lol. Midwest is TOP NOTCH.

Excellent Quality
I’m getting into building my first AR15 and wanted to go with a quad rail. This seemed like a great deal and have heard great things about Midwest industries. The rail looks great, feels solid, and shipping was free and quick! Can’t wait to put everything together.

Great fit but…
Functionally it’s great the fit to the Aero upper is spot on and it is rock solid! It is missing a star because out of the box it had a scratch/nick by the screws. Other than that it’s awesome! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.

Flawless but $$$$$ and small inner diameter
These handguards are flawless examples of a lightweight, compact quad rail handguard. Perfect finish and machining. I ended up sending mine back, however, for two reasons. First, the inner diameter is narrow, which greatly restricts muzzle device tucking. Finally, I could (and did) buy 3 lightweight quad rails from a different mfg (made in USA too) for the same price as one of these Midwest Industries handguards. The overall fit and finish of the other handguards is about 90% of the MI at 1/3 the price, and they have a generous inner diameter for muzzle device tucking.

Solid and Durable.
There’s not a whole lot else cooler than a Quadrail. Picatinny on all four sides. Makes mounting weapon lights, IR devices, grips, ect easier. All the edges are smoothly cut with no nuts in the metal so you can grab with your soft optioned hands without worrying about boo boos. Has a solid one-piece construction, the anodized finished is very tough and durable, and is backed by the Midwest name so you know you’re getting a quality piece at about half the price of something like a DD rail.
