I have around 5k rounds through one P365 this year (2025). This comp functions exactly as advertised. I find that YouTube reviews are a bit disingenuous when talking about this comp. Most of the shills will claim it will make you a better shooter. It won’t. It’ll just make your bad habits less noticeable.

Due to the comp, I find myself putting as much input into this compact gun as I would on my full size handguns. If I had to put a number on it, I’d say it reduced vertical recoil by about 20-30%.

Why you should get it: This comp reduced recoil enough where I could keep my red dot within the viewing window, continuously, while rapidly firing rounds. Most importantly, you don’t put as much input into to the gun, causing you to tense up and miss low/left (right handed).

It’s definitely overpriced and overrated, but I like many barrel/comps on the market, this will not increase the chance of a failure to feed. They’ll also replace it for you if it breaks for whatever reason. As someone who shoots between 1-3k rounds a month, that was very appealing to me

The Radian Afterburner is an amazing compensator. It completely changes the feel of the gun and controls muzzle rise in a dramatic way — follow-up shots are noticeably faster and flatter.

One thing to note: installing it on a California-compliant P365 Standard comes with challenges. I had to remove the loaded chamber indicator (which I never liked anyway) and the manual safety. The added force from the compensator caused the manual safety to engage on its own during firing.

Performance-wise, the Radian is unmatched — just be aware of the setup changes if you’re running a CA-compliant model.

I have been looking at this barrel comp combo for a while and the price tag has always made me hesitant. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and wish I would have made the decision sooner. If you’re entertaining the idea of this upgrade, do it.

I wasn't sure about the Ramjet at first but after installing it on my gun and going to the range, I could not be happier with my P365. This thing is awesome!

I added this to my original P365. I also upgraded the springs and trigger and now have a gun I like better that my P365 Legion. This thing shoots smooth and flat. I love the Ramjet and Afterburner!

Very easy to setup and install. I recommend an inch pound torque screwdriver but it cant be misaligned without one. OpticsPlanet actually sells this for less than the manufacturers website. It defiantly reduced felt recoil, giving you better control on a micro 365 9mm. You will have much better groups and faster follow-up shots compared to original setup. Delivery was fast and everything you need is in one box, the T10 bit is also included. If your looking for something special, this is it. I will be using this as my weekday EDC.

I purchased a new slide from Sig for my 365 original version without an optic cut. The slide didn't come with a barrel so after viewing several Youtube videos I thought I would try this version of a barrel. It surpassed my expectations, and believe me it hard to surprise me. The felt recoil is now equal to my sig 322 a 22Lr pistol that I guess is designed to feel like a much larger firearm. My daughter took several photos of it in action and it shows the flash and smoke that travels upward and to the sides. Optics planet delivered my purchase two days earlier than the advertised date. I need to have a little more range time with this new setup and I will be using it as my EDC. Everything was packaged in what I call gift quality care, I definitely recommend them and their coupons for a big discount on name brand equiptment.

Haven’t tried it yet , I’m sure it’ll will preform as good as seen on you tube. Fast delivery and even faster install they even included the torx bit
