SOL kit great for you bug out bag or glovebox.
Purchased as presents for two hunters and both loved the compactness and number of items provided. A few of the internal items could definitely be better quality but for the money, it's a good item to have just in case.

Good product overall, but could be better
I recently ordered this tool and, despite taking an eternity to get shipped to me, it was pretty well made. I liked the compactness of the kit, it would easily fit in a backpack or bugout bag, but I thought the included "rope" would likely be pretty useless for much of anything but shoelaces. The fire starting stuff, the knife, and the compass were pretty good quality but the rest was so-so.

Emergency kit
This is a basic, compact and comprehensive (small), kit for your back pack or car that will give you some of the basics needed if you get stranded.
Combine this with your other readiness items and you can feel confident that you have some of the tools you will need if you are stuck.
What I like about this is the compactness of the components and the thoughtful inclusion of emergency items.
I keep it in my car and am buying one for my wife's car.

Nice Product for small vehicle
This is a pretty nice product for a small vehicle, I have this in my wifes car if she would ever need anything. I created something different for my truck but if you didn't want to go through that hassle this is pretty good.

This thing is just about perfect.
