Support Idaho Small Business

I know that this is advertised as being for the AR platform, but in my assessment really designed for a firearm with a picatinny rail and the scope mounted with a cantilever or one-piece style mount; because ultimately you just need clearance between the scope’s eyepiece and picatinny slots available. Price is fair for what it is, but product quality is exceptional; built in a small US facility. Very nice finish to aluminum, with a fairly large cross bolt allowing level to be torqued down. The packaging was very simple, I just wish there were instructions on torquing specs (I didn’t see on their website either. This was where I had a few questions. Based off of previously read reviews, I thought that there was a small chance that it may have been too snug for some picatinny rails. I tried on two guns. On my CZ Scorpion 3+ Carbine, it was very snug on the receiver’s plastic picatinny. I felt like if I truly wanted to mount it, I could have worked it on there, but didn’t because I really wanted it on my Ruger SR-556. On the Ruger it was loose, it took 20in.lbs. before the level housing started to bite the rail. Based on bolt diameter and no specific suggestion handy, I took it to 35 in.lbs. (I may even take it further after more reading). I will say from what I saw if it was just a little too snug for your rail, their is a rather generous split in the aluminum housing, where you may be able to gently splay with a wedge and light mallet. From what I’ve seen so far. I believe it...

Really Wanted This To Work

by Joe, Verified Owner from PA, United States Written on February 26, 2023
I really wanted this to work. Very nice piece of kit, well built, but I just can't get it to be level. I drove myself nuts leveling my AR15. Scope and barrel level used are the Wheeler Pro Leveling Kit. I can't for the life of me get this level to match up with those when installed. Maybe the receiver on my DDM4 is not level, hard to say.

Excellent design concept

I have used a number of anti-cant levels and finally there is one that does not require moving cheek weld to see it.
I installed this one on a newly built 6.5 Grendel AR equipped with a Athlon Midas BTR scope. Sat down, checked my chart, held the reticle where it indicated, checked the level and hit a 12" square plate at 500 yards with the first round.
I could hardly believe it.

Great anti-cant product

by Twood789, Verified Owner from WI, United States Written on March 15, 2018
I purchased the Xtreme Hardcore Gear Tru Level for my 223 Wylde prairie dog rifle. I temporarily mounted on my Ruger Precision. considering buying a second for that rifle. Reasonably priced quality. What I like best about it is the ability to see the bubble without moving my head or opening my left eye. While it's a bit fuzzy up-close with my vision, I can tell it the bubble is centered. Very nice.
