The CAA MCK Thumb rest was an excellent addition to my pdw. The thumb rest was just what I needed to to get my hands in perfect position. The product fits the needs of both left hand or right handed shooters. I would highly recommend this product.

The thumb rests mount on the existing side rails and, while a little high for my smaller hands, they add a level of safety needed to prevent a hand moving forward during firing. You get one for each side. Feel solid.
