CAA MCK Thumb Rest
The thumb rests mount on the existing side rails and, while a little high for my smaller hands, they add a level of safety needed to prevent a hand moving forward during firing. You get one for each side. Feel solid.

My Glock 22 gen 3 fit inside perfectly and locked in place - very detailed instructions - will test at range as soon as possible. The new rail and the spare magazine well with the mag release are a definite plus.
