I noticed there was no mention of shotgun ballistics does it work "well" rating shot shell speeds? Expert Answer

Caldwell does not state how well the Caldwell Ballistic Precision Premium Chronograph Kit will work with shotgun shells. Shooting a slug through the Caldwell Ballistic Precision Premium Chronograph Kit would work but trying to shoot shot shells may prevent accurate readings. I recommend contacting Caldwell to see how well it will measure shotgun shells.
