This CO2 powered pistol trainer by CoolFire Trainer features a CO2 powered CO2 engine that creates "strike-force" upon command. The "strike force" activates the training CO2 cartridge, which is placed in the chamber. The "strike force" blows back into the trainer chamber, just like a real gun. The CoolFire 23 Glock Generation 5 CO2 Pistol Trainer System is made for realistic training, so it's a great option for shooting ranges. Simply shoot the cartridges provided with the training system, and the CO2 will cycle through the recoil spring and recoil rod, just like a real gun. The recoil spring and recoil system of the CoolFire Trainer System will never cycle your "regular" gun. Simply load a live round into the chamber, and the cooling system will turn "strike force" into "strike force," just like it does in a real gun.
