Probably 10% of the time it will not open on the first (or second, etc.) time. So I would never leave it locked at night hoping to be able to get the gun out the first time when I really need it. Save money and just buy the one that works with the ...

Keep handguns and valuables secure with a technological access system and solid construction of the GunVault Bio MiniVault Biometric Pistol Safe. This biometric gun safe from Gun Vault uses fingerprint recognition technology to provide biometric access to its contents. This Gunvault Inc. Gun Storage case uses a high-performance algorithm to achieve speedy identification of enrolled fingerprints and ensure a very low False Reject Rate (FRR) for a given False Accept Rate (FAR). The self-learning algorithm of the GunVault Bio MiniVault Biometric Gun Storage Safe add new minutiae to the templates each time a user touches the fingerprint sensor, which continually decreases the likelihood of FRR, updates slight changes that might occur over time to a user's fingerprint, and helps distinguish between multiple users' fingerprints. The Gun Vault system can handle a maximum of thirty fingerprint templates. The heavy-gauge steel construction and high-strength gun safe lock keeps no matter what, while the soft foam interior protects the finish of your handgun. With the Gunvault MiniVault Biometric Fingerprint Safe, gun storage and security goes high-tech.image
