Review comment says that it does not come with 1/3 co witness mount. Which statement is right? Expert Answer

Holosun's own website lists the height of the optical center of the red dot at 1.63". This is a lower 1/3rd co-witness height. Red dots on a flattop AR-15 are a full co-witnes or absolute co-witness when they are in line with the iron sights at approximately 1.4-1.5".
