You can expect a high quality, drop-in replacement in the Kensight M1 Garand Front Sight. This front sight from Kensight is Wire-EDM machined from 4140 chrome moly steel and heat treated to a hardness of RC 38-40 for long-lasting durability. The Kensight M1 Garand Front Sight comes with protective steel ears on either side of the front post, and is easily installed by sliding it onto the gas tube's dovetail and tightening the included screw.
