The PB6003 will work with the ramjet and afterburner. We know this is sounds like an obvious statement but please make sure the guide rod is properly installed within the slide. I have a Glock 19 Gen 5 and I saw no improvement in recoil or how fast the slide resets, also my gun has never ever jammed until I put the KynSHOT PB6003 Hydrualic Guide Rod inside.
I will continue to shoot with this more but as of now I cannot tell the difference between this and the stock recoil spring.
