How do you install a spring on the guide rod? Manufacturer Answer

This is a Flared Head Non-Captive guide rod. We do not recommend using flat wire springs and recommend the Wolff Recoil Spring. Simply slide the spring over the guide rod, insert the flared end through the opening on the slide and base on the rounded step of the barrel.

Upgrade your Glock guide rod with this LANTAC GR-17-S Flared Head Glock 17 Guide Rod. These Pistol Parts by LANTAC are machined from stainless steel and polished to create a smooth guide rod that won't damage your slide. The LANTAC GR-17-S Flared Head Glock 19 Guide Rod features a flared head that creates a more concentric and consistent lock up of the slide, spring and rod. Also, these are designed for all Gen 1-3 17 & 19 Glock pistols. However, the guide rod only fits Gen 4 pistols with the use of the GB-G4 Adapter Bushing. Boost your accuracy and create a more reliable firearm with the help of this LANTAC GR-17-S Glock 17 Guide Rod w/ Flared Head.

Features of LANTAC GR-17-S Flared Head Glock 17 Guide Rod:

Fits all Gen 1-3 17 & 19 Glock Pistols.
Fits Gen 4 Pistols with use of the GB-G4 Adapter Bushing.
