mine doesn't tighten down snug there is a wobble. I put one just like it on my AR 15 works fine and the rail looks the same this one is on me shotgun. Expert Answer

how does this attach to a m16 sporter Expert Answer

The Leapers UTG Ergonomic Ambidextrous 5-position Foregrip mounts to picatinny or weaver accessory rails. So if you have a plastic heat guard/ handguard on your M16 Sporter with not picatinny rail the Leapers UTG Ergonomic Ambidextrous 5-position Foregrip will not mount to it.

The grip when attached and the screw tightened did not lock it in place. It would wiggle on the Picatinny rail no matter how tight you screwed it in.
