Have had the vault for just over a month and the lock jams or gets stuck almost every time when I enter the code and try to open it. The latch that keeps it locked rubs and does not fully open when I turn the switch, it gets about half way and stops...

The Lockdown ReadyVault 16 Gauge Steel Handgun Safe 222933 was developed to be an amazing way to secure and hide your handgun while making sure it is close by. The Lockdown READY VAULT Pistol Vault is designed to be mounted under a desk or to the side of an end table or cabinet. Keep your handgun "At The Ready" with a 5 Button Mechanical Locking mechanism. Made of robust thick gauge steel, the Lock Down ReadyVault Gun Safe gives you an added level of security. An LED light illuminates the gun if you need to access the vault in the dark. Once unlocked the door of the Lockdown ReadyVault Vault for Pistols swings down and gives you "ready" access to your pistol.image
