Will CZ 455 barrels fit a CZ 452

No. The CZ 452 uses a threaded barrel fitment. The 455/457 barrels are slip fit installations.

I see this comes threaded - does it come with a cap (in case I don't have a suppressor to thread on it)?

It does not come with a thread protector. I ordered one directly from Lothar Walther. It is very nice and will match the diameter of the barrel nicely.
