Will this work with other 223/556 based rounds, like 300 bo or 350 legend? Expert Answer

No, it will most likely not work as this loader uses the bottom of the case to load the rounds and most .30 cal AR based rounds are larger than .223/5.56.

As per the manufacturer: M-16 / AR-15 10-round universal StripLULA loader for all 5.56 / .223 metal & polymer stripper-clips and magazines, including PMAG’s and Lancer.
