Will this work with other 223/556 based rounds, like 300 bo or 350 legend?

No, it will most likely not work as this loader uses the bottom of the case to load the rounds and most .30 cal AR based rounds are larger than .223/5.56.

As per the manufacturer: M-16 / AR-15 10-round universal StripLULA loader for all 5.56 / .223 metal & polymer stripper-clips and magazines, including PMAG’s and Lancer.

Will the Maglula StripLULA Magazine Speed Loader work with 6.5 grendel 10-roung mag ?

No. The Maglula StripLULA Magazine Speed Loader is designed specifically for 5.56 in AR15 style magazines. It will load loose rounds or with a stripper clip. Due to the rim diameter of the 5.56 of 0.378" compared to 6.5 Grendel which has a rim diameter of 0.438" which is too big for this loader.

The Maglula StripLULA Magazine Speed Loader is sold without stripper clips included. You do not need to use stripper clips as this loader will load (10) loose rounds of 5.56.

I see two different models are available. It says it works with any magazine so whats the difference between the AR-15, M4 and the Ruger Mini-14?

Though they look similar, the dimensions are slightly different. Due to this, they are not able to be used on both types of magazines.

Maglula does not specify any information or instruction regarding loading a 30 round magazine.
