No, it will most likely not work as this loader uses the bottom of the case to load the rounds and most .30 cal AR based rounds are larger than .223/5.56.

As long as the parent case is a 223 556 then it should be fine.

It will work with .300 Blackout and may work with the .350 Legend, as the Blackout uses a necked-up 5.56/.223 case with the same base dimensions, and the Legend uses a base with dimensions similar to .223, and will feed from many AR magazines when used with the proper upper.

It will work with 300. 300 blackout uses same bolt thus back of cartridge is the same. I think 350 is the same deal.
