This Folding Gun Sight from NcSTAR is for Handguard Rails, Monolithic Receivers, and Gas Blocks that are at the SAME Level as the AR-15 Receiver Rails (Flat Top). The NCSTAR AR-15 RECEIVER RAIL HEIGHT BACK-UP FOLDING FRONT SIGHT is manufactured from steel and aluminum and will not melt on your gas block under sustained shooting, unlike other manufacturers plastic back-up front sights. This NcSTAR Gun Sight mounts onto weaver style and Picatinny rails with a single Allen head bolt for a secure attachment to your receiver.
